Sandwich Glass Museum

Dedicated to the Boston and Sandwich Glass Company, which operated from 1825 to 1888 and put Sandwich on the map. Live glassblowing demonstrations, thousands of pieces of pressed and blown glass, and a detailed look at the industry that shaped the town.

Sandwich Boardwalk

A 1,350-foot wooden boardwalk crossing Mill Creek to Town Neck Beach and Cape Cod Bay. Each plank is individually sponsored β€” look for the names as you walk. The views of the marsh and bay are iconic Sandwich. Free to walk, parking lot nearby.

Dexter Grist Mill

A working 17th-century grist mill on Shawme Pond in the center of the village. One of the oldest operating mills in the country β€” you can buy freshly ground cornmeal on site. Adjacent to the Hoxie House, the oldest house on Cape Cod (circa 1675).
