Overview
Mashpee Center is the civic and commercial heart of Mashpee. Mashpee Commons, a planned mixed-use development designed as a traditional village center, serves as the town's main shopping and dining destination. Town Hall, the Mashpee Public Library, and the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe's community are all located in this area.

Key Locations
South Cape Beach State Park
A barrier beach on Nantucket Sound with over a mile of shoreline. Popular for swimming, walking, and bird-watching. Part of the Waquoit Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve.
Old Indian Meeting House
Built in 1684, this is the oldest Native American church on Cape Cod and one of the oldest in New England. A historic landmark of the Mashpee Wampanoag community, located on Route 28.
Mashpee National Wildlife Refuge
Part of the Eastern Massachusetts National Wildlife Refuge Complex, protecting over 5,800 acres of coastal wetlands, pine-oak forests, and freshwater ponds in Mashpee and Falmouth.
