What the Community Preservation Committee Does

🏠 Community Housing

Funds affordable housing creation, preservation, and support programs across the seven villages.

Acquires and preserves open space, farmland, and natural areas for public benefit.

Funds restoration and preservation of historically significant structures and sites.

Supports development and improvement of recreational facilities and programs.
